Background Information:

Annually, the Board must approve the Report of School System/School Compliance. The Board certifies to the State Department of Education, as part of the school approval process, that the School System and individual schools are in compliance with Tennessee statutes, and with the State Board of Education’s Rules, Regulations, and Minimum Standards. All principals have responded back that their school is in compliance. To the best of my knowledge, the System is also in compliance.

I recommend approval of the Report of School System/School Compliance.
